Fresh Produce Policy

Important Policy Notice

At Ripe'n Red, we grow and deliver fresh farm produce directly to your doorstep. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we follow a strict return and cancellation policy as outlined below.

No Returns

We do not accept returns on any product once delivered, as our items are perishable and meant for immediate consumption. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the scheduled delivery time.

Perishable Products

Due to the fresh nature of our produce, all sales are final upon delivery.

No Cancellations

Orders once placed cannot be canceled or modified, as we begin harvesting and packing immediately to ensure optimal freshness and timely delivery.

Immediate Processing

We start preparing your order immediately after confirmation to ensure maximum freshness.

Refunds (Conditional)

Refunds are issued only in genuine cases where our service standards have not been met:

Incorrect items delivered due to our error

Damaged Items

Products damaged during transit

Non-Delivery

Complete failure to deliver your order
